Hengli America understands this reality and approached us with a unique challenge: to design and produce retractable banners that would leave a lasting impression at their upcoming career fair. As a team, we eagerly embraced the opportunity to create visually captivating banners that would not only represent Hengli’s brand but also attract top talent to their booth.

Our journey began with a deep dive into Hengli America's brand identity, values, and goals for the career fair. We collaborated closely with their team to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual elements. Incorporating their corporate colors, logo, and other design elements from past projects, we crafted designs that captured the essence of Hengli's culture and aspirations. To enhance engagement and provide easy access to more information about their open roles, we strategically incorporated QR Codes into the banners, allowing viewers to scan and visit Hengli’s website and LinkedIn Pages.

One of the key challenges we faced was striking the right balance between professionalism and creativity. We wanted the banners to exude professionalism to align with Hengli’s corporate image, while also incorporating eye-catching graphics and engaging content to pique the interest of job seekers.

After several rounds of brainstorming and iteration, we finalized two distinct designs that we believed would effectively communicate Hengli's message and differentiate them from other exhibitors at the career fair. Each design was carefully crafted to convey specific aspects of Hengli's brand identity, from their commitment to innovation to their dedication to employee growth and development.

With the designs approved, we moved swiftly into the production phase. Leveraging state-of-the-art printing technology and high-quality materials, we ensured that the banners would not only look stunning but also withstand the rigors of a busy career fair environment, using durable aluminum and plastic banner stands to house the 13 oz smooth matte vinyl print.
